1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16.5-ounce) box Duncan Hines butter golden cake mix
½ cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups fresh blueberries
For garnish: fresh blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With mixer, beat cream cheese until creamy. Beat in cake mix. Add oil, eggs, and vanilla; mix well. Fold in blueberries until combined. Pour into a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick placed in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rackfor 10 minutes. Remove to plate and drizzle with Lemon Glaze.
LEMON GLAZE:
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a bowl, stir together sugar and lemon juice.
Yield: 16-20 servings
