The name may sound a little funny but this Southern delicacy needs a day worth celebrating. The annual Slugburger Festival takes place in historic downtown Corinth and will include a carnival as well. What is a slugburger? A slugburger is a burger made of a mixture of beef and breading extender which is deep-fat fried to a golden brown instead of grilled.
