Mississippi Derby
2 ounces Old Soul Bourbon
¾ ounce Honey Syrup (1:1)
¾ ounce fresh grapefruit juice
Fresh blackberries
In a shaker, gently muddle 2 blackberries with honey syrup. Add grapefruit, fill with ice, and add bourbon. Shake well. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a skewered blackberry.
