2 cups cream
Salt and pepper
8-ounce package cream cheese
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2 cups grated jalapeño Jack cheese
1 pound elbow or penne pasta, cooked and drained
½ pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
Toasted bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 5-6 cup glass baking dish and set aside. In a medium sized bowl whisk together eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and cheeses. Add pasta and stir well. Stir in bacon. Pour into baking dish and cover with bread crumbs. Dot with butter and place baking dish in the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
