1 (15.25-ounce) package butter pecan cake mix
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (15.5-ounce) can coconut pecan frosting
For garnish: confectioners’ sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With mixer, beat together cake mix, flour, eggs, oil, water, and vanilla on medium for 2 minutes. Fold in frosting mix. Pour batter into a greased 9- to 10-inch fluted Bundt pan, and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Remove from oven to wire rack to cool in pan for 30 minutes before turning out to cool completely. Dust with confectioners’ sugar.
