JUMPING JACK JAMBALAYA DIP

2 cups medium shrimp, steamed and peeled

1 cup Andouille Sausage, cooked, drained, and cut into small pieces

½ cup chopped green onions

2 cups sour cream mixed with 1 teaspoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

16 ounces cream cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes

½ cup chopped celery

1 red or orange bell pepper, seeded and chopped

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

16 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Tabasco to taste

Toasted French bread rounds or corn chips

Place a large saucepan over low heat. Add all ingredients to pan and stir, scraping bottom of pan frequently, until all cheeses have melted. Check seasonings, adding Tabasco if desired. Serve hot with the toasted bread or Fritos.

Yield: about 8-10 servings
