2 pounds shrimp, peeled
1 (16-ounce) package smoked
sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces 1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
SAUCE:
1⁄2 cup butter
1⁄2 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup chili sauce
1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Creole seasoning 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon ground red pepper 1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Spread peeled shrimp in baking dish. Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until butter melts; pour over shrimp. Add peppers and onions. Put tomatoes on top and cover with foil; chill for 2 hours. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with garlic bread. Yield: 8 servings
