Vodka or Tequila can be substituted for 7-Up if desired.
2 cups pink grapefruit juice
2 cups limeade
1 (12-ounce) bottle 7-Up or 1 to 2 ounces vodka or tequila
Fresh mint and lime slice for garnish
Pour grapefruit juice into a plastic ice cube tray. Pour limeade into another plastic ice cube tray. Freeze until cubes are frozen. When ready to serve, remove cubes from trays and alternate grapefruit cubes and limeade cubes in a tall glass. Pour 7-Up over cubes and garnish each glass with fresh mint and a lime slice if desired.
