2 tablespoons cooking oil

½ pound steak strips

1 cup new potatoes, sliced

½ green bell pepper, cut into strips

½ yellow onion, sliced

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 slices provolone cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil and lightly brown meat. In a bowl, combine steak, potatoes, bell pepper strips, and onion slices. Season with salt and pepper. Cut 2 pieces of heavy-duty foil, and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Place half of mixture on each. Bring sides of foil over contents and fold edges to seal ends. Place packets on a cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, and puncture packets with a fork before opening. Add 1 slice of cheese to each dinner before serving.
