1 cup hot cooked oatmeal

1 poached egg

¼ cup fresh grapefruit sections

½ avocado, sliced

1 tablespoon chia seeds

¼ cup pomegranate seeds

1 strip cooked bacon, chopped

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Pour hot oatmeal into a serving bowl. Top with a poached egg, grapefruit sections, and sliced avocado. Sprinkle with chia seeds, pomegranate seeds, and bacon. Serve with salt and pepper if desired.
