1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese
8 ounces prepared hummus
½ cup thinly sliced radishes
¼ cup chopped fresh dill
1 small cucumber, peeled, seeds removed, and chopped
1 green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons capers
Cavender’s Greek Seasoning
Tuscan Herb Olive oil to drizzle
Greek olives
Pita crisp crackers
Slice cream cheese into 3 rectangles and place 1 on a small serving dish. Top with one-third of hummus, radishes, fresh dill, cucumbers, and green onion. Place a second slice of cream cheese on top and repeat layering 2 more times. Sprinkle with extra capers, dill, and green onion. Drizzle a generous amount of Tuscan Olive Oil over and scatter Greek olives around. Serve with pita crisp crackers.
