¾ cup Allegro Original Marinade
¾ cup Worcestershire sauce
½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
½ cup honey
1 teaspoon ground ginger
4 tablespoons Weber Chicago Steak Seasoning, divided
3 pounds sirloin, rib-eye, or filet, cut into cubes
1½ pounds link sausage, cut into ½-inch round slices
1 pound bacon, cut into 2-inch pieces
3 large onions, cut into pieces and pulled apart
For marinade, mix Allegro, Worcestershire, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and 2 tablespoons steak seasoning. Marinate steaks in zipper bag in refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours. Grill sausage on medium heat for about 15 minutes until half done. Remove, and cool. On wood skewers, alternate steak, bacon, sausage, and onion. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons steak seasoning. Grill steak kabobs on medium-heat for 25 to 40 minutes, to desired doneness.
