1 (2-crust) package of pie crusts
1½ sticks of margarine, melted
1½ cups of sugar
3 tablespoons of cocoa
3 eggs
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1½ teaspoons vanilla
1½ cups of chopped pecans
For thing brownie squares, place 2 pie crusts in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, pressing edges up t o1 inch all the way around dish. Cream margarine and sugar. Add cocoa, and blend. Add eggs, and stir well. Gradually add flour, stirring well. Add vanilla and pecans. Pour into crust, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into 2½-inch squares.
Pour or drizzle chocolate sauce on a dessert plate. Center a scope of ice cream in the sauce. Place the brownie square on top of ice cream to resemble a mortar bard. Embed a charm attached to a gold ribbon in the center for a tassel. The guest can pull the tassel to reveal their “future.”
