Brownie Bundt Cake
Cake:
1 (15.25-ounce) box chocolate cake mix
1 (18.3 ounce) box fudge brownie mix
1¼ cup water
1 cup oil
4 eggs
Glaze:
1 cup heavy cream
1 (12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate morsels
For cake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. With mixer, beat cake mix, brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs together until combined. Pour batter into a greased 10 to 12 cup Bundt pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until tester placed in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely. For glaze, heat cream in microwave for 2 minutes
or just until it begins to boil. Remove bowl from microwave, and add chocolate morsels. Allow mixture to rest for 5 minutes and whisk until shiny and smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour over cooled cake and allow glaze to drizzle down sides.
Yield: 16-20 servings
