1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
2 cups sugar
3 rounded tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With a mixer, cream butter and sugar. Beat in flour and eggs. Stir in buttermilk and flavorings. Pour into pie shell, and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool completely. Refrigerate.
