Pork Tenderloin
2 (6½-ounce) pork tenderloins
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup orange juice
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
Sprinkle both sides of tenderloins with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over pork in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove and bring to room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Let rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Slice and serve with pan sauce.
